Andrew - our dear friend and rescue colleague - we are so sorry for your loss. Roy was a wonderful person whose kindness and love extended not only to his family and friends but also to his four footed "Grandkids". His love for his Weimaraner fur kids was evident with every visit he and Eve made to the States. The dogs loved him equally as much and were always so happy when their "Grandpa" visited! We have no doubt that he was welcomed and greeted by his "Grandpups" up in heaven - they were probably asking what took him so long and did he remember to bring the "snackies"! Roy was a "bright light" here on Earth and now the Heavens will be just a bit brighter...God's Speed to Roy and our condolences to you...remember his smile and laughter and in time it will bring peace to your mind and healing to your heart.
